I would like to note the editor’s ability to highlight text and collapse it into blocks; this can be done according to the syntax of a particular programming language.
Notepad++ allows its users to determine the syntax of the desired programming language themselves, and the highlighting mode can of course be customized to suit your preferences. The program can also view several documents at once, each of which can be changed separately from the other. This means that no one forbids you to open several documents at once and view them in two different windows; it is also possible to edit them separately.

Among other features of the editor, I would highlight the ability to record macros and then play them back, and when editing text you can highlight brackets

Text in Notepad++ can be added by simply dragging the mouse, of course, there is a built-in search and replace tool, and there is also a module responsible for automatically completing words being typed.
