About the concert: Whitesnake ("White Snake" is an English rock band created in 1977 by former Deep Purple vocalist David Coverdale (b. September 22, 1951, Saltbourne by the See, England). Coverdale left the band in 1976 and recorded two solo albums, Whitesnake and Northwinds. Soon, he formed a team for the tour, consisting of those musicians who participated in their creation. Whitesnake had a great influence on the emergence and development of such rock music styles as Glam Metal and Heavy Metal. The group has sold more than a dozen million copies of albums, the best-selling of them, this is an 1987 album recorded in 1987, repeatedly received "platinum". The team is also notable for the fact that it included two members of the "classical composition" Deep Purple, John Lord (keyboards, 1978-1984) and Ian Pace (drums, 1979-1982).
