New York. Nel quartiere malfamato Bowery Street, in un negozio di liquori frequentato dai barboni della zona, il proprietario mette in vendita un superalcolico chiamato "viper". In realtà si tratta di un liquido usato durante la guerra del Vietnam, che una volta inghiottito scioglie gli organi ed i corpi delle vittime.
When a liquor store owner finds a case of "Viper" in his cellar, he decides to sell it to the local hobos at one dollar a bottle, unaware of its true properties. The  causes its consumers to melt, very messily.
